CT HIPHOP EVENTS: MIC ON DECK - UNIFIED HIP HOP SERIES

LISTEN UP CT! Mic On Deck is one of the illest, if not the illest promoter I am lucky enough to work with in CT. Every event he throws has a great turn out and the energy in the building is positive and constructive. Really great events to network at. If you are anybody into hip-hip and live in CT you need to make it to these events. SeeS will be in the building; I try to make it to all Mic On Deck events, in the past many good things have come from the networking that takes place.

As you know I am working on a CT project called "The Conn-viction Tapes" talk to me that night if you are interested.

Date: June 20th
Time: 9pm - till they kick me out!
Hosted by Tang Sauce

Young Kriss vs Theo ManChyld Battle

My opinion is obviously bias, Theo is my dude. But interested in who you thought won bar for bar?

CT ARTIST: Theo ManChyld will be featured on "The Conn-viction Tapes"

On behalf of CT Corporate Takeover I would like to announce that Theo ManChyld has officially been given a spot on my upcoming project "The Conn-viction Tapes". Ive been working with Theo over the past year and he clearly represents CT the right way. We have done a few tracks together and it is an honor to have him included on my next project which will feature a different CT artist on every track. Stay tuned to find out who else will appear on "The Conn-viction Tapes".#theconnvictiontapes #seeshiphop #ctcorporatetakeover

(Intro Hook: Theo Manchyld)

There you go again, lying through your grin,

Who you fooling shorty, you know where I’ve been

You’ve been my best friend and worst enemy

Playing with with head, wont you just let it be

(1st Verse: SeeS)

And yo the feeling somebodies watching you is not your conscience,

And I’m sick to my stomach, with the shit that I watch you do, I think I’m nauseous

They say I’m paranoid, I’m just cautious, She check my phone messages so often

That you would think that it was you they was calling

Never give me space, when I need a little, is when you all in

prying me from privacy, eyeing me, and then lying to me about lying to me,

As if I couldn’t see, but I see clearly dearly beloved

Ain’t love me dearly enough to let me be, set me free

She got me under lock and key, hypocrisy

What happened to my point of view in this democracy

I trusted you, you said wait and see,

Look where it’s gotten me, behind my back all you did was plot and scheme,

On my computer screen I seen you checked my history

And record the words we speak, so every secret is yours to keep.

(Full Hook: Theo Manchyld)

There you go again, lying through your grin,

Who you fooling shorty, you know where I’ve been

You’ve been my best friend and worst enemy

Playing with with head, wont you just let it be

Lady Liberty SeeS my pride, can’t you tell these hidden forces wont leave me side,

Anytime that I go against the grain, in this world things mysteriously change. You already know

(2nd Verse: SeeS)

They say that it takes trust for us to stay United, State of Mind is how can I trust you if you keep on lying

Wondering if, they'll be a time when the tables turn and you catch me lying

How will you deal with me confine me in solitary

I know in my mind you scare me, cause your love erodes freedom I hold dearly

Cause I told you every facet of my life and you you lied about yours so trust is clearly

Something you struggle with, could it have to do with the fact you left your parents ain't approve the life they lived

Is everybody a suspect on your list, question me like a terrorist

But every time I get paid I split it with you before I spend a cent, what the fuck is this,

Treat me like I'm guilty before innocent, and I’m fucking pissed,

Natalie SeeMore AtWill, I write you my defense.
