FASTFOODFAMILY AND BIG MACH: FATBOY T.V

There are not many artists in CT that are grinding as hard as Big Mach and FastFoodFamily. I see Big Mach at nearly every show I go to. I always hear him telling artists to hit him up for features and see him supporting artists when they are on stage. Big Mach is very talented but his success is the result of much more then just talent, its hardwork an a true appreciation for the CT Hip Hop scene. Thanks for all you continue to do for CT.

I would like to shout out ARKATEX for good music and a very professional work ethic. I ask many CT artists for content to post on my blog, and they tell me"yea ill get you the links and bio" and then never do, for you up-coming artists that's something you should have ready before someone even asks. ARKATEX did. Within minutes they emailed me pics, a press kit and links. They often talk about how important the business aspect is and I am glad they have their shit together. ARKATEX is a collective writing group born from members of Connecticut. They have pooled their talents with the goal of becoming a successful writing group while showcasing their collective talents. The hybrid splinter cell that is ARKATEX explore new sounds blazing and creating their own path. This path is a boundless state of mind and a blend of their deep roots in Hip Hop and R&B mixed in with an electro-fusion and Latin twist. On my last trip to India I visited the Ellora caves and was inspired to do an impromptu performance of my latest track "GraveShift"!

One of the caves I recorded in is 2500 years old and took 7000 people 200 years to create. I was inspired by the artistic aspect of what they created and how it could truly last forever. Nothing better illustrates the concept of #GraveShift and building a lasting legacy that does not die with the artist(s).

CT MC'S UNITE: SeeS and Theo ManChyld Collaborate on "I'd Rather Be Lonely"

I had just produced this beat and was chillin with Theo free-styling over it when he began putting this hook together. Long story short; went to the crib, got in the zone, and wrote a few tracks. A week later drove to BeatBox Studio and recorded 2 tracks with one of the illest engineers I know, Vertygo. "I'd Rather Be Lonely" and "Warrior Lifetime", both produced by myself, will be featured on my upcoming LP "SeeS Between The Lines".
