CT ARTIST LOGIKIL MURDERS THE BET AND SPRITE 2014 "HOT 16 CONTEST"

Check out Hartford's own LogiKIL murdering the BET Hip Hop Awards Hot 16, Hosted by DJ Drama and Presented by: SPRITE! 

In my mind LogiKIL has clearly submitted the best video I have seen in this competition. The best lyrics and by far the best video. It shows how serious some artists take these opportunities, while the majority of artists just recorded their 16 on their phone with the beat in the background, LogiKIL came correct and professional. Nice touch adding the Sprite in the video as well. Business minded. Now that's a smart move, the competition in this isn't on his level. Well done, best of luck. FASTFOODFAMILY AND BIG MACH: FATBOY T.V

There are not many artists in CT that are grinding as hard as Big Mach and FastFoodFamily. I see Big Mach at nearly every show I go to. I always hear him telling artists to hit him up for features and see him supporting artists when they are on stage. Big Mach is very talented but his success is the result of much more then just talent, its hardwork an a true appreciation for the CT Hip Hop scene. Thanks for all you continue to do for CT.

Born in the Garden State aka New Jersey, Aaron Cochran aka Millionz began molding his flow at the age of 13. Heavily influenced by Biggie, JayZ, Nas and Mobb Deep, Millz came from a family who loved music. His mother always kept hos love for music intact. "Millz" decided to take it to a whole different level while residing in New Britain, Connecticut where everything started. He collectively linked with the Local rap Group and grew up as brother hood Known As "CTI' Cash Time Industries and since then the future has been Looking up. Look out for more music from him and the rest of the team 2014 its our year!!!

No Gimmick Music Coalition is doing major things in CT. I fully support the movement and respect the grind, diversity, and commitment to success all the members have. S/O Phil Blount and of course Splat860, King Rocky B, and RoBoy Beanz. This track was one of the first tracks I heard from Splat and the hook is beyond catchy, the verses are dope, and the beat is on point. Rommel aka Mr. BuzzWorthy (artist name) was born on April 28th and grew up in Bloomfield, a suburban town right outside of Hartford, Connecticut. Being one of the original members/co-founders of his independent label called Fusez Entertainment. Mr. Buzz has a witty, smooth, hip-hop flow that captures the minds of all his fans. He has been a rapper for a number of years going back to his freshman year of high school. In 2011 he released his first mix-tape called R.O.M (Representations Of Me) which is on datpiff.com for stream and download. Some of his biggest influences are Mobb Deep, Nas, Cormega, and Busta Rhymes just to name a few. Mr. BuzzWorthy is electric when he delivers on a song and on the stage. He has evolved from a rapper to an inspired artist who makes diverse, catchy, feel good music that will be timeless.

As I am encouraging CT artists to do, Mr. Loud was proactive and hit me up on Facebook. I asked him, as I do all artists, to send me a pic, bio, and link, and immediately he hit me back with it. Mr. Loud, a well rounded artist from Hartford CT (Rap/RnB) is very talented with an energetic stage performance. On top of  his verbal talent he also produces his own music. Keep ur eyes an ears open you will be hearing a lot from him!

"The Conn-viction Tapes" Update: July 2014

"The Conn-viction Tapes" continues to blow up as we approach the 2nd month of development. This project is exclusively for CT artists and will be entirely produced by yours truly, SeeS. 

To be clear, there is NO fee to be on the project, but all artists will split the recording costs evenly with me for their respective songs. It's about $50 and in my mind if an artists isn't willing to pay $50 to be on a project that I am allocating near 5K to promote, they don't belong on the project, plain and simple.

AR, Born in New Haven, CT and moved all around the NY burrows in his early years of life. He was raised in Tampa, Florida since the age of five but now currently lives in New Haven. Started taking music seriously at the age of 15 with his best friend Emgee who died in a really bad moped accident the month of August 2013. Since that he has really excelled with his music noticing that you never know when it's your time to go. He has been featured on Blkdmnds.com for his music video to his single AR Guap ft Sheemo which is available on iTunes and a track Called IDK ft Tyga and a good friend of his LD from Tampa,Florida. His music has been heard in 78 different countries according to the analytics on his YouTube channel. Is currently now working with a clothing called Ocean Gang Clothing after he met the owner Darrin Young a few years back at a pick up game in Tampa, Florida. He has performed all over the east coast actually did a tri state tour called The Next Up tour speaking to kids about what their dreams are and what they feel they are next up for in life. Is now currently working on an EP he hopes to drop by the end of fall.

CT TALENT: TRIPSUP "ALRIGHT OK" OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO

I saw Tripsup perform live on July 4th at the Reserve in CT. I was a guest judge that night, and he had my vote along with the other judges and came in first out of the performers that night. Tripsup's delivery, speed and clarity really stood out to me in his live performance. Listening to his music online I am just as impressed. In my opinion one of the illest sounding Emcee's in the state. I look forward to working with Tripsup in the near future. Check out this new music video he put out for "Alright Ok".
